An important thing to remember when looking for help with your computing needs on the internet... look for a domain name (that's the end bit, the dot-whatever) like .gov, or .edu, because those are both domains where they are not trying to sell you something. A dot gov site is run by the government, and a dot edu is normally affiliated with a college, university, or school of some sort. These kinds of sites are inherently more dependable because they are not trying to sell you something. Some dot com sites are reliable and trustworthy... but yes, they are still trying to sell you something. be aware of this, and judge the information you glean from differing sites with a wary eye to the source itself.
